Basement room in a 3-person flatshare — Fellsmúli 4, 108 Reykjavík

We've got a room opening up and we're looking for a third. We're three in the apartment already, 31M, 32M and 40M.

About the room. It's a small private room, around 9 sqm. It comes unfurnished but I can supply a bed if that is needed. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable including a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, and a shared living room.

What's included. 90.000 ISK a month with heating, electricity, internet and the house fund included. Deposit is 270.000 ISK, so 380.000 ISK to move in.

How long. 3 months to start, and we're happy to extend if it's working for everyone. A semester or two is completely fine.

House stuff. No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome. Official contract and Lögheimili registration: yes.

Who we're hoping to find. Someone tidy who can stick to a cleaning rota. Beyond that, we'd love someone who's up for actually sharing a flat: coffee in the living room, cooking something and offering a plate, the occasional evening together. Not looking for a stranger who just needs a door to close.
