Blönduhlíð 27

Newly renovated, two bedroom apartment at the centre of Reykjavík. The apartment is bright with windows in every room (except the bathroom) and a beautiful garden view out front. All large furniture is included in the rent but personal appliances will be removed.

There are four apartments in the house and communication is very friendly amongst all tenants. The laundry room is a shared space located on the same floor as the apartment.

If you are renting with a child, it is possible to remove the double bed in the second bedroom, however you would take care of the replacement bed yourself.

Transportation in all directions is really convenient and this is a child friendly neighbourhood.

This is my home that I am really proud of and I'm leasing out because I'm moving abroad. I'm looking for someone who will respect my apartment and take care of it while I'm away.

W przypadku wynajmu z dzieckiem istnieje możliwość usunięcia podwójnego łóżka z drugiej sypialni, jednak o łóżko zastępcze należy zadbać we własnym zakresie.
