Basement room in a 3-person flatshare — Fellsmúli 4, 108 Reykjavík

We've got a room opening up and we're looking for a third. We're two in the aparment already, 31M and 40M.

About the room. It's a nice seculeded basement room, with full access to the 1st floor apartment. The room is around 13sqm so it's a proper bedroom and almost a full studio. It comes unfurnished but I can supply a bed if that is needed. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable including a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, and a shared living room.

What's included. 90.000 ISK a month with heating, electricity, internet and the house fund included. Deposit is 270.000 ISK, so 380.000 ISK to move in.

How long. 6–12 months to start, and we're happy to extend if it's working for everyone. A semester or two is completely fine.

House stuff. No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome. Official contract and Lögheimili registration: yes.

Who we're hoping to find. Someone tidy who can stick to a cleaning rota. Beyond that, we'd love someone who's up for actually sharing a flat: coffee in the living room, cooking something and offering a plate, the occasional evening together. Not looking for a stranger who just needs a door to close.
